Why can't I buy a report for some projects?
Reports require sufficient data: confirmed capacity, target energization date, and project type. Projects showing "Incomplete" data are still being tracked and will become report-ready as grid filings update. All reports are decision-grade — we won't sell analysis on incomplete data.
How accurate are the lead-time estimates?
Estimates improve as real market data accumulates. Each project shows a confidence score (% based on observation count). Reports include P10-P50-P90 ranges to show uncertainty. Premium and Enterprise tiers include confidence intervals for all predictions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account's billing page at any time — paid access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. To move to a different plan, contact support; self-service plan switching is on our roadmap.
What about free trial on paid plans?
Professional includes a free trial (see the plan card above for the current length). No credit card commitment beyond what Stripe requires to start a trial.
Do you offer discounts for annual contracts?
Yes — annual billing is discounted versus paying monthly; the exact savings for each plan are shown above when you toggle to annual billing.
